To that end , all products sold by AIME to its resellers are automatically covered by standard warranty that is valid for 12 month , at the least , and could run up to 36 months. At our kingdom –wide service centers , our customers are only required to present their product warranty serial card and our personnel takes care of them . That simple ! if any of our products experience technical failure or was found dead upon arrival (DOA) , that product will be replaced immediately –no questions asked ! AIME has even extended the time frame for that to cover 14 day after the purchase date . We offer our customers 2 types of warranty , one on-site and the other one is for bench repair. All what you need to do is to simply check your appropriated warranty period that is shown on your warranty card.

If we sell a customer a defective product, we take the responsibility of our fault. But if failure was caused by negligent behavior such as use of wrong voltage, or replacement of power supply or any component of the system, the customer is accountable for his actions! Like wise, we offer no Warranty on software.
